OUR LATEST RELEASE

Falling From the Stars

Half Past Dead's new track, "Falling From the Stars," hits hard with a rapid-fire beat and a quintessential pop-punk energy that seamlessly blends into a heavier, metalcore edge. The song immediately grabs you with its incredibly catchy chorus, amplified by soaring vocal harmonies that are sure to get stuck in your head. While the verses delve into the raw emotions of heartbreak, lost love, and betrayal with deeply relatable lyrics, the track isn't all darkness. A powerful breakdown adds a significant punch, but even amidst the heaviness, a current of hope persists in the lyrics. This underlying optimism serves as an anthem for those navigating similar pain, encouraging them to persevere through their struggles and look towards a brighter future. "Falling From the Stars" is a dynamic and emotionally resonant offering that showcases Half Past Dead's ability to fuse high-energy instrumentation with profound and uplifting lyrical content.

Go All Night

"Go All Night," the latest single from Half Past Dead, is a potent and playfully provocative Glam-Punk anthem that struts with a sexually charged swagger while cleverly skewering the often-absurd machismo of 80s Glam Rock. This isn't just a raunchy rocker; it's a wink and a nudge wrapped in leather and lace.

The track explodes with that instantly addictive guitar riff – a hook sharp enough to snag your attention and refuse to let go. It's got the driving energy of punk, but with a flamboyant, almost decadent edge that screams teased hair and studded belts. This infectious riff lays the groundwork for vocals that are both suggestive and slyly satirical. The singer oozes a confident, almost cartoonish sexuality, delivering lines that are dripping with innuendo but also carry a knowing wink at the over-the-top lyrical tropes of the glam era.

And then there's that chorus – even catchier than the riff, a guaranteed singalong that's both undeniably fun and a little bit naughty. It's the kind of chorus that will have you pumping your fist and maybe blushing a little, all at the same time. While the sexual themes are overt, they're presented with a tongue-in-cheek sensibility. Instead, Half Past Dead masterfully walks the tightrope, delivering a track that's both genuinely seductive and a clever commentary on the exaggerated sexuality often found in the music they're channeling (and subverting). A departure from their previously established Metalcore sound, "Go All Night" is a high-energy blast of Glam-Punk that's both a celebration and a playful takedown of a bygone era. It's catchy, it's suggestive, and it's smart – a potent combination that will leave you hitting repeat and maybe feeling just a little bit scandalous!

Sickening

Half Past Dead's latest creation Sickening is a powerful fusion of hard rock and heavy metal, bursting with energy and a dark, gothic atmosphere. The song opens with a raw, high-energy guitar riff that immediately sets the tone for the aggressive and intense vibe throughout. The gothic themes are unmistakable in both the lyrics and the overall atmosphere, which is eerie and heavy, invoking imagery of darkness, death, and torment.

The verses are driven by low and grungy guitar work paired with thundering drums, creating a feeling of tension that builds toward the explosive chorus. The vocals in the verses are gritty, almost haunting, while the lyrics delve into themes of inner chaos, despair, and rebellion against a harsh, unforgiving world.

When the chorus hits, the song takes on a more anthemic quality. It’s big, catchy, and designed to stick in your head. The vocal delivery soars with emotion, transitioning from the aggressive tone of the verses to a melodic yet hard-hitting hook. The gang vocals in the song add a booming, chant-like effect, giving the song an almost ritualistic vibe that makes it feel like a collective outcry.

The guitar solo is a frenetic burst of energy, showcasing EVH/Dimebag style tapping and 80's hair metal harmonies that further heighten the song’s intensity. Underneath it all, the rhythm section keeps the song grounded, maintaining a tight, punchy groove that propels the momentum forward.

Overall, "Sickening" is an electrifying track that balances high-energy metal riffs with gothic, atmospheric elements. It’s a headbanger with a dark, dramatic edge, perfect for both rock enthusiasts and fans of heavier, gothic-tinged metal.

OUR DEBUT ALBUM

KISS THE WORLD GOODBYE

Half Past Dead's debut album "Kiss The World Goodbye" takes the listener through a cosmic musical experience that leaves the senses in a state of bewilderment and heavy metal euphoria. If a volcanic eruption had background music, this album would be the soundtrack. As beautiful and somber as a lonesome teardrop, yet sharp and aggressive as a samurai warrior! A conflagration of immense power and wonder, Kiss The World Goodbye is unlike any album you'll hear from any typical modern band, because the boys in Half Past Dead are not your run of the mill rock band. They are musical spartans, party-life pirates, and next level over-achievers who set out to burn their candle at both ends...with a flamethrower and leave a path of destructive seduction in their wake. If, this paragraph doesn't do it for you, listen to the record yourself and see if we're lying...go ahead...we'll wait.

Unbreakable

Half Past Dead's third single "Unbreakable" is as sensationally anthemic as it is devastatingly heavy! A crazy-fast whirlwind of wild guitars that make you want to get up and run through a wall. The quartet's latest release is undoubtedly their best so far, with pulsating verses and singable choruses reminiscent of songs by Van Halen and Queen! But not to worry, this song still has BALLS!

Falling under just four minutes, Half Past Dead packs in more punches than John Wick on this new track! Be sure to plug into what they have to show you...You might just find yourself bursting with energized feelings of unspeakable confidence.

Unbreakable's music video captures everything that the song intends to convey, which is to just enjoy life, stay resilient, and NEVER let naysayers keep you on your knees!

NUESTRO LANZAMIENTO DE DEBUT

MEDIO PASADO MUERTO - EP

The Evil That You Make

The Evil That You Make drowns you in a monsoon of wild heavy guitars that drenches your soul with everlasting power. Taking you on an adrenaline-fueled roller coaster of headbanging rock & roll euphoria long forgotten in today's music. Terrifying and gruesome, The Evil That You Make harks back to HPD's classic 2016 themes of horror punk and shock rock, but has the prowess of the quartet's refined musical and compositional talent. When you hear these stentorian tones, your body will quake for more. Never before in your life will you ever feel so sick, filthy, ashamed...and completely alive ⚡️💀🔥
